HURLEY BIKE & H20 INITIATIVE
The Hurley Sportster started as a collaboration with Hurley and RSD to build a surf worthy cafe bike. We shot a few pictures of her as a cafe racer and somewhere on the way to the beach we decided moto bars, dual purpose tires and a solo seat were a better fit and she was transformed into a Hurley Scrambler. It really goes to show what a versatile bike the sportster is and how easy it is to change a few parts and get something very different.
Whitey.
A little fresh paint goes a long way. Rather than building a completely new bike, sometimes you just need to change out some simple parts or throw on a new layer of paint to breathe new life to your machine. Some might think this is a brand new bike build but instead, we used this exact treatment above to revive one of our existing bikes, Full Metal Jacket. We simply installed some different handlebars, powdercoated the kickstand and had a beautiful gloss pearl white and matte gold with grey streak paint job laid down by Chris Wood at Airtrix. If you’re feeling bored with your same old bike, think about how to liven it up and re-light the fire. Sometimes you can create something completely different with just some subtle changes.
NPA Thruxton
We built this Triumph Thruxton for NPA and NADA Guides. It will be raffled off at the Dealer Expo, which means some lucky guy or gal will be riding this home after the weekend. Here's what we did to put the RSD twist on classic Thruxton style....

COPPER BAGGER

This simple yet effective custom bagger really shows off what the RSD product line can do for your bagger. We threw on an ultra high performance radial mount Marzocchi fork coupled with huge dual discs and the entire line of RSD parts to create a comfortable streetglide that handles every bit as good as it looks. Clean, comfortable and fun to ride. What more can you ask for?

HD Blackline Softail
We know custom bikes are not supposed to be jumped, ridden in the mud or thrashed. It’s something most people wouldn’t do and for good reason. It hammers your bike, your parts and your body. But the thing is many of our customers are hard riders, they come from all walks of life and sometimes they do the same dumb shit we do, so test we must. We ride in all conditions, dirt, rain, mud, twisty roads and anything else we can find to push ourselves past the norm in the name of improving our products. The black line got no preferential treatment.
