It's amazing what you can do with a little creativity and Vinyl. Our friends at Spin Imaging has this craft locked down so we decided to ask Erik Bond (owner of Spin Imaging) a few questions. Check their new site out at
How does it feel to wrap a million dollar car in Vinyl?
The most expensive car we've wrapped was a Bugatti Veyron ($1.4 mil) that we finished with a gold chrome material. It's owned by an 18 year old  from Dubai and is only 1 of 12 cars in his quiver. The car was flown out from Dubai to Spin to be wrapped, then onto the Gumball Rally that went from Ca to FL.

Are you done with Flat Black?
I've always been a fan of flat black, but it's as played out as it could be right now. I'm still going to use it, but in a more creative way.

What’s next?
We are always getting into some pretty crazy projects, Besides the ones I can't really talk about, a lot of high end Supercars & custom race team rigs etc... I've been doing a lot of surf art collaborations lately, that seems to be taking off. Technology is constantly changing, so we'll stay ahead of the curve as we always have & see where it takes us.
Tell me about this black flip you did on the mega ramp?
I've always been a bit of a retard when it comes to trying stupid shit, simply to show off. One day I was at Pala Raceway with a couple of friends, Roland Sands and Andy Bell while they were practicing for the "Nitro Circus Live" tour in Australia. They had a mega ramp set up and I got a bug up my ass to backflip a bmx bike (hadn't ridden one in 10+ years).

Roland and I went to the top of the ramp and were checking it out (I have to be honest I'm not too okay with heights), and at this point I had already committed, so there was no backing out.

I geard up & gave it a shot 4 or 5 times, but the best I did was a 3/4 rotation to face plant. It's better than hearing how much of a pussy I am for the rest of my life though........I'll stick to printing bumper stickers.
What does the word Gnar mean to you?
"Gnar" is anything that grabs my attention no matter what I'm doing.
Any car, what would it be?
I'm a simple human, so my ideal car is a multi purpose vehicle that I can load friends into & explore the world.
What’s the craziest thing you’ve wrapped?
Vehicles that will take paying customers for a journey into outer space in history.
We're stoked to be a part of this amazing and ongoing project and can't wait for the first flight (that's the part I can't talk about).
