When Anthony Kiedis from the Red Hot Chili Peppers calls and says he wants a bike built, you got to wonder where it’s going. When he tells you he writes all his songs on his bike while he’s listening to the tracks on the sound system you start to get the picture.

Roland Sands Racing, in partnership with Indian Motorcycles, is excited to announce the rollout of its 2024 racing program, showcasing entries in the high-profile Moto America Mission Foods King of the Baggers and the Mission Foods Super Hooligan National Championship, powered by Indian Motorcycles.

Piloting the SDI Racing x Roland Sands Racing x Indian Challenger for the 14 rounds of Mission Foods King of the Baggers Championship is the always thrilling #50, Bobby Fong. Fong is optimistic about the team's prospects, stating, "This year, I think we've set ourselves up for success. It's been a tough fight these last few years, but we've learned a huge amount, and this year, I think our Indian Challenger can fight the factories for the big prize."

With a history of multiple race wins and being the top-finishing Indian in 2024, the team aims for further victories and the championship crown. Steve Delorenze of SDI Racing, eager for a win in the bagger category, shared, "I've won a few flat track races at Daytona, but it's time for a bagger win!"

Hawk Mazzotta, the Air Cooled Super Hooligan Champion of last year, will compete on the Roland Sands Racing x Trackhouse Indian FTR 1200 in the 2024 SHNC. Mazzotta expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming season, "We're beyond excited to represent our sponsors and friends at Trackhouse this year, and the crew at RSD has built one hell of an Indian. This is such a cool opportunity, and racing against 11 other motorcycle brands in the most hotly contested SHNC series ever on the #121 FTR 1200 is a dream come true."

Adding to the excitement, Roland Sands emphasized the intensity of their competition, "We are pushing our Indian motorcycles to the limit every lap and every corner, and it's a huge testament to the team and the riders that we can get it done at Daytona, the world center of racing. I've got a long history here, and it can be the best and the worst track depending on the day. So, ride with us as we fight the good fight with Hawk and Bobby. It's going to be exciting!”

The team extends a heartfelt thanks to its sponsors for their support: Indian Motorcycles, Mission Foods, SDI Racing, Track House, Dunlop Tires, Motul, Roof Systems, Motion Pro, Dymag, Saddlemen, and Bell Helmets. This collaboration underscores the team's commitment to excellence, innovation, and the competitive spirit of motorcycle racing.
