Wicked!!! Will it be available for sportsters too?

We might make these in the future. Although, on the Sportster primary side there is not really too much to see on a Sportster. Just the clutch actuator. The cam cover on a Sportster is more than just a cover too, it is actually a bearing support for the camshafts so we are doing some research.

I love your designs and ingenuity and have bought your parts all the way in South Africa. My question is can you get these parts without the branding?

Thanks for chooisng RSD. Sorry but the Clarity line is not available without a logo. Some of our parts are now available without logos. For example, our gas caps and new Chrono grips and footpegs come with a stick-on brass badge and black badge for you to choose between or, the option to use neither of them.

Nice! What if... What if the Black Ops line had a light smoke window, just a little tint on it? You guy's try it already and it looked like crap?

Not sure if the material is available in anything but clear. It is a special polycarbonate material with a coating on it. Maybe something we will look into for the future though.

Just to "clarify" (pardon the pun): Will derby/air cleaner at least be available for H-D Sportster models?! Thanks from New Mexico!

Let me "clear" this up for you... the air cleaner WILL be available for 1991-2012 Sportsters but the Derby Cover. We may have a Sportster Derby Cover available in the future though.

The designs you are coming out with are simply oustanding! Or as you say in your videos, "bitching!" Any videos of these parts available to share? I want to see what these look like after a few miles of usage. Does the oil/gas/etc. negatively affects the clear poly? I have a 2012 CVO RGC and trying to decide between the Clarity or Turbine.

We are working on a video now to show off the Clarity Line while engine is running. The polycarbonate material we use has a special engineered coating to protect from marring and discoloration. Stay tuned for the video.

Agree, the cam cover on the sportster would be the baddest out of all of them. Keep us posted if you guys are working on that! Killer products again from RSD! Can you or have you heard anything about the Bike Builder shows starting back up on discovery?

Inside clearance is all same as stock. Should bolt right on. Unfortunately, we do not have a 103B engine to test fit them on but there shouldn't be any problems.

Do you know if the cam cover fits with geardrive cams? thanks

We have not test fit with gear drive cams but does clear with Jim's cam support plate. Inner dimensions are basically same as stock with some extra clearance since there's no webbing needed like in a cast part. We do need to confirm but don't think you would experience any problems. Might want to check with the manufacturer of the gear drive cams and ask if any mods are required to a stock cover. If not, we would bet it would clear just fine.

Unless we get a lot of requests, most likely not. Most engine covers we offer are for Twin Cams.
